Term and Conditions


  • A 50% deposit along with signed contracts (liability waiver & terms and conditions) are required at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total balance.
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event


  • Cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will result in a credit which must be redeemed within 12 months from original event date or credit will be forfeited

Delivery/Set Up/Break Down

  • Staff will arrive 1hr before the event to begin the set up
  • Staff will return promptly at the scheduled end time to begin breakdown
  • Play area must be cleared of all children before staff begins breakdown
  • No travel fee within a 30-mile radius of 30339 area code, $1 per mile over 30 miles

Outdoor Use

  • If the event is held outdoors, the play area must be set up on a flat and level surface, free of dirt, debris or gravel
  • When outside temperature exceeds 75 degrees, a tent, pavilion, or covering is required. (Tents may be rented for an additional $50)
  • In the event of rain, renter is required to have an alternate indoor location, prior to delivery (equipment will not be setup outdoors if the weather forecasts rain)

Venue or Event Space Use

  • If the event is being held at a venue, event space or recreation center, it is the client’s responsibility to confirm that Sweet Peas Play equipment will be allowed on the premises. (Certificate of Insurance available upon request)

Play Rules

  • No shoes or bare feet in the play area. Socks must be worn
  • No food or drinks allowed in the play area
  • No face paint, confetti, glitter, silly string or anything that will cause the equipment to get dirty is allowed in the play area
  • No climbing, hanging or sitting on the safety gates
  • Children must have adult supervision at all times
  • No children over the age of 5 are allowed in the play area

Equipment Care

  • Staff will inspect the condition of the equipment with client before and after play to assess any noticeable damages 
  • A $50 cleaning fee will apply if equipment is left extremely dirty
  • Renter agrees to reimburse Sweet Peas Play for the full amount of any equipment that is broken, damaged or deemed inoperable.
